Veldin (Dean) Miskic was absolutely instrumental throughout the entire home buying process. He not only helped my husband and I find a house, he helped us find the home that was perfect for our growing family. He understood that we had recently relocated to the area and that we were staying with family, so we were eagerly searching for our next home and wanted to move in as soon as possible without settling. From the moment that he responded to our inquiry online to the final moment that the settlement documents on our new home had been signed, Dean was always there to address any questions and/or concerns that we may have had and even anticipated potential situations that may arise. To say that he was helpful in the home buying process would be an understatement. He was proactive and made it as seamless as possible for us from beginning to end to find our next home. Although finding a new home can be overwhelming and challenging, Dean helped us feel at ease throughout the entire process. My husband and I are extremely grateful for his help and advice. He is an outstanding realtor and we highly recommend him to anyone searching for their next home! You will not be disappointed!

Veldin was an excellent agent. He was very knowledgeable and answered most if not all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, let's just say I had a lot of questions and he guided me through it all! One thing I definitely liked about Veldin was the ability to contact him whenever I had a question. I was able to contact him either by phone, text, or e-mail whenever I needed and he would reply promptly, even on the weekends or evening. "Veldin Miskic (Dean) is a top-notch licensed real estate salesperson in so many ways. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dean this past summer/fall while looking to buy a camp. Our search area was very broad (up to 1 1/2 hours from our home/work in any direction) and we were not set on a particular camp type (seasonal/year-round), setting (woods, waterfront, with/without land) or price. It was clear, we were keeping our options open and were in no rush to buy. Dean knew all this ahead of time and did not shy away from the challenge or hard work. In fact, he viewed it as a learning opportunity, a chance to become more familiar with areas outside his general service area (including various lakes) and to expand his knowledge into the unique camp market. In the end, we bought a beautiful year-round camp on Kasoag Lake in Altmar, NY in October 2019.
